It is really wild to me that people ask that question. It's an absolute violation of privacy, and honestly who tf cares. Literally, why do you want to know the number of pounds I've lost? Weird. But it's who we are as a society. It's absolutely commonplace to ask people how much weight they've lost and how they've lost the weight. There has been a major uptick in weight loss over the last few years due to all the drugs and shots and I am truly happy for the people who have lost weights and are leading a more healthy life. I think that's the whole point of these things right? I have lost roughly 20ish pounds over the last year. I have asked multiple times for prescriptions for the weight loss shots that are so trendy right now, but my insurance company has denied every single attempt. So how did I lose the weight? I started to get a *b12 shot for my mental health. I was severely depressed. Not showering, not eating, drinking so much I blacked out day. It was bad bad. I wanted to be better, I started to really realize my mortality. I won't be here forever and there is no '....I cant wait to....'. This is it, this is the life, the only one we get. I take multiple meds every day for my heart, high bp, mental state and I also take a b12 shot once a week and it helps. It helps a lot. I work out with my occulus regularly, its just for cardio to get my heart going and be a bit active daily. And I stopped drinking so much. I will still have a drink if I'm feeling like it, out of the house, dinner, party, something like that, but I don't have to have it. I don't feel like I can't get through the day without a drink. If I feel like having a martini, I have a martini. Do I like an N/A beer? You bet your sweet ass I do! I love an N/A beer! It's cold and crispy and it tastes so good. I like the way beer tastes, but I don't need all the stuff that comes along with it. I like a fake beer and wings, it's my idea of a super fun night out. I eat a peanut butter sandwich every single day. True story. I'm serious when I say that I think it's helped me lose weight. It keeps me full, feels like a treat and is a protein. I don't know, I'm not doctor but i was a nurse for Halloween once. I honestly credit the cut in drinking and the b12 shot for mental clarity/energy and the occulus and the daily peanut butter sandwich as the secret to my success. I came across this story and it triggered me to have this talk https://www.yourtango.com/self/americas-real-weight-problem-fat-problem-solved "you look great!" is the only thing you need to say. *Vitamin B12 shots are injections prescribed by a doctor to treat or prevent vitamin B12 deficiency. They are often given to individuals with gastrointestinal issues, older adults, vegans, or vegetarians who may have difficulty absorbing or obtaining enough B12 through their diet. Cyanocobalamin is the exact one I use if you have any questions, I'm glad to help you understand how and why I think it works.
