Ah state fair season is unlike anything else, especially if you're from the midwest. We take our fairs seriously and we take our fair food even more serious. Of course you'll find the usuals; funnel cakes, fried oreos, cheese curds, lemon shakeups. But what about what's new this year? Of course, I've got you covered in all the fun foods available this year at The Indiana State Fair. This year for the first time I wont be covering the fair for work so I have zero biased opinion and when I tell you the food this year is the best it's ever been, it really is! New this year is the Butterfinger Funnel Cake, it is rich and decadent and super messy so its perfect for an end of the day snack. The Dirty Dancing Eggrolls are worth the drive themselves. They've taken the philly eggroll to new heights and I'm obsessed. And new in the drink world this year? Only the best ever Key Lime Milkshake you've ever had! Each year the American Dairy Association Indiana Div brings a new milk shake and a new grilled cheese every year.
